  This Distribution Agreement is also historic in nature, demonstrating good relations and a business partnership between a United States Corporation – e-Roll Corporation, and Chinese Corporation Vigorous.

  e-Roll, a Wyoming Corporation, with headquarters in Beverly Hills, California, will launch the introduction of the jointly developed ZOLDAR PCS® (Public Charging Station) in the USA, under the brand name “e-Roll ZOLDAR PCS®”, a US Trademark of e-Roll Corporation. e-Roll will be responsible for Marketing, Promotion, Advertising, Importing, Brand Development and Sales, as well as overall Distribution of the ZOLDAR PCS® Solar Charging Stations, including Installation and After-Sales Service.
